We sell digital products delivered instantly after payment. As a result, all sales are final.

Eligibility for Assistance

Contact us within 7 days at contact@aivara.co.in if you:

• Did not receive the download link or files.
• Cannot open the file due to a verifiable error.
• Were charged but do not have access to the product.

We’ll re-send files or provide alternate access. Refunds may be considered only if access cannot be provided after reasonable attempts.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchase
• Unsupported software versions
• Requests after 7 days

Chargebacks

Access may be suspended during a chargeback. Please contact us first.
